Fewest Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of Fewest, an Android home launcher app published on Google Play as app.fewest.

Using Fewest

Fewest replaces or supplements your Android home screen. You are responsible for choosing whether to set Fewest as your default launcher and for configuring pinned apps, hidden apps, groups, tap actions, premium features, and other launcher settings.

No account

Fewest does not require a Fewest account. App installation, updates, purchases, refunds, and reviews are handled through Google Play and your Google account.

Premium features

Fewest may offer an optional one-time premium unlock through Google Play Billing. Premium availability, payment processing, refunds, purchase history, and related Google account activity are handled by Google Play. Fewest uses purchase status only to unlock and restore premium features in the app.

External services and links

Some features may open external apps or services, including Google Play for purchases or ratings, Android system settings, browser links, or apps you choose as tap actions. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Acceptable use

Use Fewest only in a lawful way and only on devices where you are allowed to install and configure launcher apps. Do not attempt to misuse the app, interfere with Android security controls, reverse engineer payment checks, or use the app to violate another service’s rules.

Availability and changes

Fewest is provided as a launcher utility focused on digital minimalism and privacy. Features may change, be added, or be removed as Android, Google Play, third-party services, or Fewest itself change. External links may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, Fewest is provided as is and without warranties of any kind. The app is designed to be useful and privacy-respecting, but no software can be guaranteed to be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by device configuration, third-party services, external apps, network failures, purchase platform issues, or user-selected settings.

Ownership

Fewest, including its source code, design, and underlying technology, is proprietary and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the app’s source code or other underlying technology beyond the limited right to use the app as provided by these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using Fewest at any time by switching launchers, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app. Some purchase records may remain in Google Play systems according to Google’s policies.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated if Fewest’s features, purchase model, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
